Simple healthy morning habits(nutrition part)

Today I am sharing my simple healthy morning habits(nutrition part) with you.


The first one when I wake up in the morning make sure that i drink lemon and ginger water straight away with Spirulina.






This habit is not only a daily detox but it also works like a daily booster every sing day.

Also Spirulina is one of the highest plant-based sources of protein which has a great amino acid profile. more benefits about spirulina (https://youtu.be/F3cPWs7sKig)



There are two different type of spirulina like a powder or a capsule that you can find in a super market or a parmacy. In my opinion,I actually prefer a capsule than powder because the powder type has a little bit more strong smell and tasty like pure argues from sea directly and drinking a spirulina water makes your tooth green lol... It means not easy to drink or eat every morning.




Second, I prepare and eat some oatmeal(super rich fivers and minerals) bowl with fresh fruits.

Additionally, I would tell you that rich fivers clean your big and small intestines naturally.


So I highly recommend you having a morning habit: lemon & ginger water, oatmeal and Spirulina every morning.
